The Gaina 140 is an outstanding diving popper with a very impressive action, a steady sweep of the rod creates a good bloop into a bubble trail, once swimming it has a very enticing body roll. It can be worked with a more aggressive stab creating more commotion helping to attract fish from a distance. a sweep a wind gives the lure more of a minnow like action which can also be very effective.
The Gaina 140 is an excellent all round size, perfect for casting at species like kingfish, small tuna, GT and mackerel. It''ll also be great for targeting that larger class of fish on the reef flats like XOS coral trout.
