Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in original condition and in their original packaging.  We can not accept any item that has been used or tampered with or damaged. When an item is accepted for return the purchase price will be refunded less shipping and handling costs.  All refunds will be made in Australian Dollars and are subject to GST.  If you are an international client we can not guarantee the exchange rate at the time of refund.  If the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs. Fish Head owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.  If an item(s) received is not what you ordered please do not open the packaging.  If you attempt to use the incorrect item or open it's packaging this can be deemed as you accepting the item and you may not have any further claim.  If there is an error please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify the error as quickly as possible. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  If you are unsure or would like to talk to us before returning your item please phone us on +61 7 55963444.You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  In most situation refunds take 5 - 10 days.  Credits will be refunded using the same method you used for payment on your order. When you return an item it must be carefully packaged.  Please remember to send it freight paid and insured.  The item is your responsibility until it reaches Fish Head.  If you would like advice on the best method of return from your location please phone or email us and we can assist.

 

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations, with the exception of the ZENAQ, which can only be shipped to Australia and New Zealand due to our distribution agreement. Please note that there may be restrictions on certain products, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they comply with any relevant import regulations in their country.

For domestic shipments, we charge a flat rate of $10AUD or $50AUD for bulky items, and offer free express shipping for orders over $180AUD (excluding bulky items). For international orders, we use FedEx, which calculates shipping rates based on the weight of the items and the destination country. Please be aware that import taxes and customs duties may be applied by the destination country, and these charges are not included in the shipping price.
