Sinpaa S83 Hiramasa Stickbait Rod by Zenaq

After years of research, development and vigorous testing, Zenaq has created what they believe to be the ultimate rod for chasing topwater kingfish. This extensive drive for perfection and close attention to detail has resulted in a rod that brings out the true potential in your stickbaits and gives the angler the most comfortable fight possible once hooked up to that dream fish.

Weighing only 340g, the Sinpaa rod is light in weight for all-day casting. The tip gives a lively action to floating stickbaits in particular, but is right at home with sinking sticks or small cup poppers. The bottom end is powerful, but not as stiff and unyielding as a heavier GT specific rod, giving good support and comfort to the angler throughout the fight.

Whist being designed specifically for chasing trophy kingfish the Hiramasa also crosses over to become an excellent all round stickbait rod for chasing mid size GT, tuna and large Spanish mackerel. It is also excellent for extracting XOS predators from the reef flats.

The S83 Hiramasa features the highest quality Fuji silicon guides and Toray carbon as well as the classic hexagonal fore grip.
