KickStick 165 Fast Sinking Stickbait by Budds Baits

Hand carved and shaped from fully reclaimed timber and painted with no less than 10 different finishing coats, Budd’s Baits are at the pinnacle of the hand made lure market.  Manufactured in Zimbabwe by Greg Budd – an international contact lure designer for some of the worlds largest lure brands.

The KickStick 165 gets down to fish quick, sinking at around a metre per second. This is great for when fish are sitting down off deep edges and wont come up to the surface to feed. They work best with a steady retrieve with subtle twitches of the rod tip, this give the lure a nice rolling swimming action. You can also sweep the KickStick giving it a more aggressive erratic roll and swim.

This lure is an excellent choice for getting down to fussy GT, kingfish, tuna and mackerel sitting on deep ledges.
