The Fishlogica Acid Parabol 690H is a slow pitch jig rod designed for chasing large reef fish in shallower waters around Australia. It is especially suited to coral reef fishing, where smaller jigs are used to target big fish around heavy structure. The slow taper allows for the tip to work well with smaller jigs down to 80g and then steadily loads up through the blank to work bigger jigs up to 300g. When fighting fish, the rod has a nice cushioned action with loads of power down low around the grips making it perfect for turning big fish. This rod is the perfect weapon for targeting species such as Red Emperor, Nannygai, Fingermark, Emperor species, kingfish, Black Jew, Mulloway, Trumpeter, snapper, Cobia and Trevally.
Fitted with Fuji Titanium SiC guides in a spiral (acid) wrap configuration, it provides the rod with maximum durability, stability and balanced feel for both jigging and fighting fish.
