The Timbre Super Long 170 is a traditional long style popper designed for chasing big kingfish, bluefin and yellowfin tuna. It possesses a very easy to use action with a steady sweep of the rod the lure will produce a medium bloop and a nice bubble trail through the water. It can also be worked with a more aggressive stab of the rod to make a larger splash enticing fish from a distance and deeper in the water column.
Apart from kingfish, bluefin and yellowfin tuna it is an excellent choice for targeting an array of reef fish in the shallows and around bommies. Timbre 170 Long will also attract attention from GT's and other pelagic species like dolphinfish and spanish mackerel.
