The 100g Swimming Popper is a great versatile lure for targeting many different species in all sorts of conditions. It was designed for targeting big Kingfish in NZ and has been proven deadly on the flats and reef edges for GT's, Coral Trout and other aggressive reef fish. The shape of the lure makes it great for beginners and experienced anglers alike. A good steady sweep of the rod creates a nice foamy bubble trail and once swimming has a very lively tail kick. You can also use it with a shorter stab of the rod, producing more of a popper style bloop which is great for attracting fish up from deeper water.
