CB One's famous Enfinity rods have been revised with all new materials and design, focusing on building a no-compromise topwater rod. The new models are lighter and stronger while at the same time improving sensitivity and lure action.
For strength and durability, 24 ton carbon has been used as the main material in the blank along with 4 Axis carbon in the lower blank to improve lifting power and responsiveness. The un-sanded finish keeps the weight low as well as maintaining the stealth look of the rod. The material improvements make this rod fantastic for all day casting while also fighting fish more efficiently.
The Enfinity 82/18 is suited to PE 8-10 lines and casts weights of up to 300g! The Enfinity 82/18 is a very powerful rod designed for anglers throwing large to extra-large sized stickbaits along with a variety of poppers and swimming lures. It is best suited for throwing larger stickbaits but will comfortably cast smaller cup poppers and pencil poppers with ease. The 8'2 length is great for casting long distance accurately, when hooked up the top half folds away progressively allowing the angler to put massive pressure on a big fish. This rod is ideal for any situation where large lures are used for big fish - Monster GT, big tuna, dogtooth are all excellent targets for this rod. The guide set up allows for a 200lb leader to be smoothly pulled through the guides with PE10 main line. The rod suits the larger 18000-30000 sized Daiwa/Shimano reels.
The 82/18 is equipped with all Titanium framed SiC double foot Fuji guides, with separate wrapping between the legs for light weight and maximum blank action.
