The Balisong Minnow is a jerkbait designed to provoke strikes from pressured and wary fish! On a steady retrieve, the lure runs with a high pitch rolling action, with strong side flashes enticing the bite. With a jerk or darting action, the lure becomes more unpredictable and irregular as the balancer weights cause unexpected movements. The shifting weights also create low frequency 'bumpy' sounds which appeal to many predators

The Balisong minnow has excellent casting perfomance, with the main bearing shifting into the tail for the cast. The lure runs mainly 80cm-1m deep on braid lines, but can be worked deeper with sinking fluorocarbon lines

This lure is ideal for mangrove jacks, barra, big flathead and estuary trevally as well as many other river and inshore predators!
