The FCL Labo Ultimate Cast 88ft has been designed to cast lures at fussy fish on PE1.5-2 lines. The 8'8 length is versatile for a range of bay, harbour and ocean rock locations and can even be used on the boat when long distance casts are required. The rod blank is firm and crisp, in Tsurusaki san's signature style, which enables effortless long accurate casts. The blank's responsiveness transmits every action to your lure, perfect for tricking finicky fish.
Made in Japan and features all premium componentry from Fuji including Titanium SiC guides throughout (RV stripper guide then single foot K guides). The rod balances well with Daiwa Lt 4000-5000 reels or Shimano 4000-5000 light spin models.
The UC 88ft is ideal for chasing tailor, salmon, bonito, mulloway or rat kings in the south. Heading north it is perfect for queenfish, smaller trevally, trout, emperors and spotty mackerel.
