The Dries 220 is created by SOHO Japan and designed by talented lure builder T. Komaki. Soho Dries is a new concept lure that blends the characteristics of a diving pencil and a minnow into one hybrid design. It can be worked with a standard diving pencil sweeping technique where it will dive and splash with bubbles. You can also use a steady constant retrieve diving to 30cm under the water like a shallow running minnow. This constant steady reeling technique has become very popular in Japan's big game fishing scene in recent years to keep the lure from breaking the surface. Targeting cautious and pressured fish that hesitate to fully break the surface to feed.
Perfect for chasing yellowfin tuna, bluefin tuna, kingfish, GT's, spanish mackerel and a wide range of large reef species.
