Suteki SPGT Single Casting Hook With Welded Ring

Suteki is a brand well known in Japan for producing some of the sharpest, strongest and well made hooks and terminals in the world! The Suteki SPGT with welded ring single heavy duty casting assists are built from the ground up to tackle trophy size fish. They feature a super fine penetrating point that sinks into even the toughest of mouths without sacrificing any point strength. The Shape of the Crafter's hook has been developed over many years to maximize strength, hook penetration and hookup rates. The slight backwards curve of the SPGT helps to get a solid hook up in the mouth of the fish. The slight backwards curve point isn't a worry as its on a welded solid ring making the hook point always sit facing up. The Welded ring is very strong and will be the last thing to break or straighten. The welded ring also gives the hook more clearance on the lure making it easier for the fish to inhale. 

The Suteki SPGT with welded ring heavy casting assists are the ideal choice when targeting monster fish on lures. These assists have been tried and tested on monster GT's, yellowfin tuna, bluefin tuna, kingfish and dogtooth tuna. 

Hook Model Reference:

Crafters- For heavy saltwater casting/plugging. The Crafters hooks have been created to tackle the biggest predators you can throw lures at. These assists are recommended for XL kingfish, yellowfin tuna, bluefin tuna, dogtooth tuna and GT's

SPGT With Ring- For heavy saltwater casting/plugging. The SPGT with welded ring has been crafted to take on monster class fish. Not quite as heavy as the Crafter's range the SPGT will still stand up to monster class bluefin, yellowfin, GT's and Kingfish. 

SPT503- For heavy casting/jigging. The SPT503 hooks suit a wide range of heavy casting and jigging applications. The SPT503 is still a heavy gauge hook but not to the extent of the crafters range. These hooks are recommended for kingfish, yellowfin tuna, bluefin tuna, dogtooth and GT's

Maboroshi- For medium tackle casting/jigging. The shape of Maboroshi hook is the best shape for jigging assists but it s still very popular for casting when penetration is the main game. The shank of the Maboroshi is longer than the SPT503 and the gap is not wide. These hooks are recommended for light jigging and casting for kingfish, mackerel, tuna species, coral reef jigging and snappers.
