The UCB 710 Extreme H is the new powerful popping rod from FCL Labo! This rod was designed with large cup-face poppers and monster fish as the target. The 710H suits poppers up to 230g+ lines from PE8-12 and max drag settings up to 20kg. This model is an evolution from the powerful FCL 81H, to create a rod that is more suited to big poppers and with improved lifting capabilities. The tip section is springy, which transitions into a stiffer mid-section to aid with pulling poppers firmly. Under full load the mid-section folds away into the very powerful bottom end, designed for lifting monster GTs off the bottom. Despite all that power, the rod itself only weighs 380g!
This is the perfect rod for throwing big lures at monster GTs anywhere from Oman to the deep ledges around Pacific Ocean Islands.
